Ways to Volunteer

Event Support

Coordinate Events: Help plan and organize community events such as our El Paso Car Seat Safety Events, annual galas, fundraising booths, and more.

Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with setting up tables, decorations, and activities, and help ensure a smooth breakdown after events.

Creative Design: Contribute your creativity to event decor, signage, and other artistic elements.

On-Site Support: Provide support during events, such as managing registration tables, handing out materials, assisting guests, and engaging with attendees.

Administrative & Office Support

In-Office Tasks: Assist with clerical work such as data entry, filing, organizing supplies, and preparing materials for events.

Out-of-Office Projects: Help distribute flyers, deliver event materials, or manage off-site tasks to support our initiatives.

Donation Coordination: Assist with sorting, organizing, and distributing donations for children and families.

Creative & Specialized Roles
